  1. There is a beautiful rhythm to this lovingly illustrated story that never fails to regulate my blood pressure It s idealism as it s best I would never use this to TEACH time telling It is to be savored for it s precious family theme, it s reminder to work a little play a little, it s patience and understanding for little ones, it s message of joy in parenting Yes, I get all of these themes when I read this book This book, for me and my daughter 9 years later , is a 32 page HUG

  2. 3.5 stars My 5 yo and 8 yo liked this Simple rhyming story of family with a mother, father, and five bunnies using the concept of time during the day for different things The illustrations are what really shine in this, and I like that a story was used to show time.

  3. A family of seven enjoys an idyllic day full of simple daily activities Unfortunately, despite the extreme detail of the activities of the day bordering on the final season of How I Met Your Mother, we re left learning little about the characters by the end of the novel, except that they live a very regimented existence The bunnies are as one dimensional as the paper dolls one makes during the designated artistic period of the day view spoiler I wish my kids would sleep from eight to eight If I [...]

  4. This book follows a family of rabbits throughout their day from 8 00 a.m to 8 00 p.m They do different activities throughout the day such as meals, chores, and fun in the park This book would be great for aiding a child in preschool to learn the concept of time I liked this book because it would be easy for a preschool aged child to relate to It would work well with themes like time and family.

  5. I said I like the bunny books before and this one appeals to me especially because I think time is confusing when you re a kid Reading this book would give you a good opportunity to talk about time with your kids.

  6. This is one of the best books of its kind I ve ever read The bunnies schedule is very balanced with chores, eating, exercise, reading, and play, always together only missing school And the illustrations are incredibly detailed and beautiful The overall feel of the book is very homey and warm.

  7. I love this book It reminds me of before I went to school and I stayed at home with my mom, or the summers every year Waking up and playing and being kids.
